TRAINING COURSE FOR COMBOXING® INSTRUCTORS
This training course is designed for individuals who are passionate about fitness, contact sports, martial arts, and physical exercise in general. It is intended for those who want to implement the Comboxing® methodology in their classes, either with music, personal training, or their own training.
The course is divided into four main blocks:
- What is Comboxing®.
- Types of sessions.
- Basic techniques.
- The Comboxing® instructor.
By taking this course, you will learn how to work with the Comboxing® program, allowing you to add variety to your collective sessions, personal training, or your own training. The program is flexible and adaptable to all levels, and you can either design your own structures or follow the pre-established ones.
